The skyview tubelight has a UV absorbed incorporated into the reflective coating. Also, although the hardware items are in a sealed plastic bag, there is a little dirtiness on the white plastic ring that goes on the ceiling. The silver is chemically etched to the aluminum, which transmits virtually no Solar radiation. All the glazing is clear UV protected acrylic, which emits full spectrum light.

I am selling it for 75. It will only allow UV to pass through. Both are easily installed and come with a lifetime warranty.
