I am semi retired from a Solar company that I owned and operated for 25 years. The 115v model is ideal for battery circuit protection, typically in 12, 24 or 48v battery banks.
The Midnite spd's are mounted on the outside of a PVC combiner and have blue led's viewable from a distance that show your system is still protected from power surges. The spd is offered in three different voltage s to maximize the protection level.
